Slow and Unorganized

I arrived in Norwich, the University of East Anglia (Norwich Business School) on Tuesday.
Since then, I have been running everywhere to get ready for classes, connect my PC in my room, and start living in the new place.

While doing so, I found that England (or Norwich) is so slow and unorganized for many things. It’s much better than China, but I don’t expect China to be organized, but I would expect more from England, you know!

Anyways, as I got so much stress from their slow responses for the first 3 days, I gave up and started to think that “May be, everything is too fast & too organized in Japan”.
