Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Exit G, walk along subway to East Tsim Sha Tsui KCR Station Exit P2 (about 5 minutes).

The place was awarded for "2003 Best of the Best Culinary Awards, Hong Kong " in fried noodles section.

Yes, I ordered the one took the awards, "Lobster with Egg White on Noodles". I wasn't sure about the white egg when I first looked at it by the picture. But, it matched to lobster & noodles, just right.　　

香港に行ったらまた食べたい一品。
その時までに、コックさんが変わらないといいな。

2003年受賞だけど、2005年3月の時点でもおいしかった。これだけで、香港政府観光局の"Best of the Best Culinary Awards"って信用できる、と思った。
このサイトを見ると、絶対にまた香港に行きたくなる。
